Twice they messed up my coverage. The first time they failed to sign me up for dental, then told me to go ahead with the appointment and they would reimburse me. They reimbursed half. Then they cancelled my coverage 2 weeks early leaving me a gap without any apology or owning up to it. Internal communication seems to be sloppy at best. If you do business with them make sure you get everything in writing.
