Brad and his staff are very responsive to customers' needs, especially when.a problem arises that requires Brad's personal intervention to resolve it. Friendly and courteous at all times, and understanding of customers' frustrations with the complexity and increasing costs of insurance. Just by meeting with Brad and Marilyn one time and explaining that my homeowner's insurance premium with Allstate had risen beyond my budgetary capacity, Brad was able to write a replacement policy that lowered my annual premium by almost one third while increasing my coverage beyond that of my original policy.
