I really enjoy working with Eileen Brennan. She is professional and knows her business. When my prior agent did not quite tell me the truth as to why he could not write my auto policy upon renewal, he made it sound like it was no longer available. That made me sad because it was so reasonable and a good company. I was not happy with the choices he had given me, so I found Eileen in my neighborhood listings and she was able to write my auto with the company of my choice.

I found the rates for my home policy competitive and although my cost increased for the coming year I understand rates everywhere increased. I renewed on line which was easy. I have not had to file a claim, which is nice, however I have high expectations of good service in the event I need to make a claim. I am satisfied with Brennan Insurance.

Even though I was moving from another state, Eileen and Christina kept me informed along the way. My experience with Brennan Insurance Agency unfortunately was terrible! The owner agent hired me to work for her. Did the paperwork, shook hands. Than 30 minutes before I was to work she called & said they were not going to fill the position after all. I gave her an opportunity to compensate me for my time. Integrity & character is low on her chart she never did. I just want you to know that when doing business with her "Eileen Brennan" she may not follow through.
