Terrible customer service. Micaela and her staff don't seem to know much about home owners insurance. I haven't had one question answered correctly or timely. The later applies to instances in which further research was necessary. I have had insurance for 2 months and yet to sign my policy.

I been calling to get some information since last week. Monday I called every hour of the day except 12 and 1 cause that's when they are out on lunch according to the voice mail which I left 2 messages and haven't heard from the them. It's Tuesday, i just called at 8:15 and no answer. Went to voicemail and left another message hope I get a call back asap.
