I've been getting service with Matt for a couple years, he is professional and knows what he's talking about. He's also patient and great at walking me through anything I don't understand or am having problems with.
I would say he's a good apple and trust him to give me the best service 🙂

Also the GEICO gecko suit sitting in the chair in the office is really cool to see in person!

Called Geico after riding my flat tire out of the back country for 20 miles
Tried to get towing to the nearest town. The agent said they couldn't find my account. I gave them my social security number to help. Still nothing. Mean while I got a text from them telling me they took my monthly payment. Laughable. Canceling all of the insurance with these knuckle heads.

This review is totally about Mathew R at the Prescott AZ. Geico office. From the first time I went in there to switch BACK TO Geico after getting lousy service from AAA insurance, Mathew made the decision look great. He was professional, courteous, and did all of the research, finding my previous Geico info from years prior.
Since then, when I've had need to get clarification, make account changes, and couldn't get in to town to meet, Mathew has been a great Geico customer service rep on both the internet and the phone. The way GEICO used to be. He's not a caveman, nor a British gecko...He's Mathew, the guy I turn to when there are issues. Thanks Mathew.

Gieco mobile is terrible, can't get my information when needed. Drive easy does count if other drivers are at fault for hard braking and swerving.

My car was totaled. Gieco sent my car to COPART and they promptly STOLE MY LICENSE PLATES! I'm sure they will be given to a gang from Albuquerque to be used in a crime. GIECO is directly responsible and told me that they can do nothing about the fact that THEY HELPED STEAL MY LICENSE PLATES! I will hold them liable for any repercussions that may evolve from them STEALING MY LICENSE PLATES!

Very upset brian was great the dude answeing phones mathew is very dry and lazy wouldnt help i got insurance else where for 168.00 less a month so wouldnt recommend this office in prescott 1 bad apples
spoils the whole barrel ( mathew bad apple ) i got state farm local pv oiffice scott smith quotes are free very nice will save u money for surre shout out to kim woot woot
