I am so happy I chose him as my insurance agent. Christy is the most fantastic person in that office. She is so helpful, but also very willing to lend a shoulder to cry on. I could not have managed these last 2 weeks if it hadn’t been for her.

Christy did a fantastic job. She got us a quote fast. Checked out all the discounts available. Coordinated the information with the Morgage Company, Realtor and Title Company. After we closed on the property, she added this property to our umbrella policy at very little additional costs. We are more than pleased with the service that was provided.

We have better coverage with American Family's Farm/Ranch insurance and saved money. In particular, American Family covers liability related to our equine activities, on an off premises, which was excluded by another major farm insurer we had used. Could not be happier with our agent, Brian Lavalle. He knows farming and focuses on customer service. His professional services are an important addition to our business.
