Deloss and Laura are incredible! When I had another agency contact me to try and get my business, I had that company match the coverage I currently had and Deloss was able to show me where I had better coverage at a lower rate from a better company. When I've needed to file claims, Deloss always gives me great advice and he has followed up with me along the way to make sure that my claim was moving along. I really can't say enough good things about the people and the service I receive from BRIQ insurance agency. 5 stars all the way!

Deloss and team ALWAYS go out of their way to provide the best customer experience possible. I have been a client for over 10 years and would not recommend anyone else other than BRIQ insurance. My most recent experience was for a policy renewal for Auto, Home, and Umbrella policy. Deloss walked me through each Insurance company he reviewed and provided the differences in coverage on our Zoom call. Moving to a new state and starting a new job is stressful enough without throwing insurance into mix. BRIQ insurance made buying auto and renters insurance easy for me. They are a wonderful company, with excellent customer service! I can't say enough good things about Briq Insurance! Like most people, we used to shop for insurance on our own which required a lot of leg work (e.g. calling different companies, getting quotes, deciphering all the disparate info, etc.) It was stressful to say the least.

Then, my real estate agents introduced us to Deloss Busemanm the owner at Briq Insurance. My agents use Briq for their own policies. Deloss was extremely knowledgeable. He is great about giving advice and explaining the differences (sometimes important nuances) between different insurance companies and their respective plans.

I never felt pressured, and he was never pushy or "salesy"...just super helpful. His analysis of each policy was fair and balanced. I was never pushed to buy the more expensive one or anything. We discussed what our family needed, and he found the best options and provided the pros and cons of each. He is super patient about answering all my questions and is always responsive whenever I call/email.

Laura on his team is also very responsive and super detailed which was very helpful as we were looking for a policy for home, auto, and umbrella.

Briq has continued to be a resource for questions as things have come up. I've already referred them to family and friends too! highly recommend Briq Insurance! They really stand apart from other places with their customer service...truly invaluable!!

For several years Deloss and BRIQ Insurance took care of all of our insurance needs and did an excellent job. Due to an out of state move we were forced to find a new agent. That experience gave me an even higher opinion of BRIQ Insurance. We're back to Colorado and BRIQ Insurance. I'm thrilled to once again have Deloss and his staff taking care of our insurance. They carefully reviewed our policy and noticed that the previous agent had dropped the ball on some of our coverage. Thanks to Deloss and his staff we now have the coverage we need.
