The worst insurance company that you could ever have in your entire life. I paid them all year long and when it was time for them to cover me, they just canceled my insurance policy. It has been a nightmare to have this company represent me as my insurance provider. I would give zero stars if I could when it comes to Bristol West do not and I repeat do not go to this company for insurance under no circumstances please go find you a better insurance company that will actually come through for you when it’s time They will make you pay all year long and will never pay for your liability coverage. They would rather cancel you than pay. I repeat do not use this insurance company. Please go find a better insurance Company and I wish zero stars was a option for this insurance company

I have had many insurance companies through the years. This by far is the worst insurance company I have ever had. These people took double payment Out of my bank account $198 and they told me it would be back in there the next day now here it is two days later and I have not gotten my money. when you call all you get is people that don’t speak English and don’t even care about what you’re talking about. They place you on hold until you hang up that’s how they solve the issues. they are not even worth the one star that I gave them

Very fishy company. I do not recommend. can’t get an agent on the phone after initial purchase over the phone , I purchased a new car earlier this yr and Bristol west was only insurance that offered a policy that allowed me to drive off the lot- all other insurance companies require up to 2 weeks before policy starts. After 7months I decided to switch to another insurance with better rates and better coverage. It’s been 3months since I canceled but they are still billing me. When I call to sort out, they have a call center in India, bad connection, they are not agents, they have no actual info to help at all. 3xs I called today alone, not counting all the other times I called. I was supposedly being transferred to an agent that could help but was just put on hold indefinitely, today I was on hold for almost 40min.
@Rodney Johnson Head of Service Operations instead of emailing me a survey to critique the service call with R, you & the whole company Bristol west need to be critiqued. I see here from other reviews you’re ripping off many people.

This may be by far the worst company/customer service experience I’ve had on the phone. On hold for an hour+ to cancel my policy. Called to cancel and they demanded a reason for the cancellation saying it was mandatory for cancellation. Just to tell me they don’t have the authority and need to call back. That it’s a third party company that has to cancel and I had to call back when that company opens. Very fishy company seems to me they do what they can to keep from canceling.

The most worthless insurance company there is I paid my bill have the bank statement screen shots and they still canceled my policy now on the phone for almost 45 mins for then to tell me I paid 312 what the app asked for now all of a sudden it's 320 and instead of calling or any notification they just canceled my policy!! When it's their fault!! I just clicked pay my bill and it took my money 2 days later I go into the app and it says my policy is canceled

The worst car insurance company I have ever had in my life! Do not sign up with them! Every month for the past 3 months they have over charged my debit card. After I pay my bill I get charged more money and get my insurance canceled! I call customer service on the phone with them for almost 2 hours to get nowhere with them!

this is the WORST insurance i’ve ever had. i was a loyal geico customer but when the policy started increasing i was recommended this insurance and i would never give someone else the same recommendation. not only are their wait times unbearable, their lack of help is even worse. they added a card to my account i’ve never owned and i called different times to take it off my account and every response was different telling me i was doing it wrong which lead to the card, THAT WASNT MINE, staying in the account. i was charged a fee every month because they couldn’t get my payment right and when i would talk to them on the phone they would give me the same response to cancel the card i had already taken out of my account. not only that, i’m literally on hold right now (for 23 minutes might i add) because i canceled my policy, signed all the paperwork, submitted all the documents and they STILL couldn’t get that right either so they sent me a letter claiming i had to pay ANOTHER FEE on a policy i don’t even have anymore!!! are you kidding me? i never leave bad reviews anywhere because no company is perfect and everyone tries their best but this was so consistently frustrating i had to say something and save someone from making my same mistake. i’m back at geico and ill never leave again.
