One big harassment team. No consistency no respect. Make you jump threw hoops for zero really reason other then to data base you personal health info just so someone can steal it and make you venerable to cyber attacks. Staff is unprofessional. I have had to work with them for 5 years and it has only got worse and worse. ADA protect the disabled but they do everything they can to not honor the federal laws and put road blocks in the way even when true doctors have confirmed disability or sickness. They are all on a power trip.

I had to get a lawyer, because company never returned phone calls and voicemail was full every time I called . I was out of work for 3 weeks and did not receive pay benefits until I consulted a lawyer. The claims adjuster also declined medical treatments essential to my recovery. Horrible company.

They refuse to answer any phone calls or emails. I mean not even a single one. I have documented all of my communication. It is a total scam. I will be filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner and my next step will be contacting an attorney. DO NOT BUY THEIR INSURANCE.

Coded my leave wrong and I wrongfully lost my insurance. Such a nightmare.
They also still owe me money for workers comp... 3 months later and my adjuster never returns my calls.

Terrible company. Just like all the other reviews, I can never reach anyone either. Had to get myself a lawyer. Funny thing is, they’re going to end up paying much more now than if they just paid my lost wages.
