I see why this company has all 1 star reviews. I used Brock and Company for many years and was always more or less happy. I stopped using them 5 years ago. I just used them this year because I had a tax situation that I thought it best that they file. It wasn't hard but I wanted a firm to file. I cannot say enough bad things about them. They managed to leave two of three items off my return from basic oversight I guess (not too detailed oriented obviously). I had to point out both items upon review after they had supposedly reviewed it. Not only are they completely inept in their jobs, their charges are extremely inflated. Some guy named Jaryd supposedly spent 5.5 hours doing 'preperation'- (yes thats how they spelled it on my invoice, UNREAL!) and then I was charged another 4 hours 'updating' (fixing their mistakes) and 'finalizing'. $2400 for a simple tax return to be done is outrageous. Disappointing that you cannot trust a company that USED to be good to do a fair job anymore and instead they OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERCHARGE. Many better choices than this company.
