I’ve been with this group for over 30 years, 1986 is when I started. It has changed names and people several times. When I call they always take care of me. I do wish they would have called me and told me I could save money prior. However they just reduced all of my insurance by 50% and better coverage which is great! Shame on both of us for not checking sooner. Good company and I do recommend highly!

Been a customer of this agency for many years now. Each time I have called on them they were there for us. Very happy with Buren, whom I started with via a friend and old time customer of mine. He moved on to other things other than insurance as he retired, but I am still here, and have no plans to change. 5 starts to these guys.

I wouldn't even be giving one star but that's not an option. Soooo here's where I stand.
The person who had referred me here initially, was through Buren for at least 2 years, never had a problem. But lately they've had problems returning phone calls/customer service, changing and amounts due. I would not advise going through Buren ever again.
On 12.04.17, I payed for the month of January 2018, requesting they terminate my insurance policy for the month of February when my policy would normally start for the upcoming month so I wouldn't get charged, and for Im changing insurance carriers. Anyways, I get a bill in the middle of February for $521.24, due March 1st .Mind you I canceled for the month of February on out, in December when I payed the bill for the month of January .
So, I switched over the beginning of this month and this new place (Oyer insurance) is SO much cheaper and has great customer service .
DO NOT go to Buren Insurance on Cleveland Road in Wooster. Terrible customer service, ND they most definitely just try to take your money .

We have been with Buren Insurance Group for 10+ years. We have auto, home, commercial and umbrella policies. We have had some losses over the years and they have always walked us through the claim process and see the claim through until the end. They also periodically look for cheaper rates through their carriers. I would highly recommend them from a pricing and customer service standpoint!
