Our insurance carrier denied our first roof claim for wind and hail damage after the recent storms. While the carrier was quick to send out an adjuster to review the the pictures of roof damage provided by our repair contractor and inspect our roof, they were even quicker in denying our claim and wanted to close the claim. This was a big concern as new roofs were being installed in houses throughout our subdivision. Our contractor suggesting contacting Chip at the C. Belcher Claim Services. This is the best advice that I've been given in years. Chip personally came out to inspect the roof with his years of experience and knowledge of industry practices quickly prepared and submitted an adjusted claim to our carrier. Long story short, our claim was approved and we will begin the process to have our roof replaced. Without Chip's assistance I am convinced that this would not have happened. The value he provides to this process is priceless, especially when you feel that you have no where to turn when your insurance carrier turns you down. I whole heartedly recommend him to anyone concerned that they are being treated fairly by their carrier. If I could, I would Chip a 6 star rating.

Our homeowner's policy is currently through State Farm. They denied our initial roof damage claim and strung us along for almost four months.
