C&L Supply appears to be a 3rd party retailer of low value novelties and health/beauty products largely through internet retail sites such as ebay. I purchased a $20 hair product from C&L Supply based largely on the product description and the picture of the label front posted on ebay indicating the product contained a key and desirable ingredient called Melanin, a natural colorant and nutrient found in human hair. When I received the product, the ingredient listing on the label back indicated the product in fact did not contain Melanin, contrary to what was stated on the front of the product label and on the ebay listing. I have reason to suspect C&L Supply is knowingly engaged in consumer fraud by placing false advertising on retail internet sites for their products which are priced in such away that along with the buyer's burden of unusually high shipping costs, the buyer has little incentive to return the product or confront the vendor, which is what they are counting on for their activities to be profitable. Buyer beware!
