Not sure how they are with insurance policies because I didn't get that far. I walked in to two women at the front desk and one agent helping a customer and waited 20 minutes just to ask a question. No "hi we'll be right with you," no welcome in, no "hi how can we help you today". Comes off as a bit rude and unprofessional in my opinion...
