If you need insurance, this is the place to go!! I have several types of insurance through this agency and Cami is amazing!! She will bend over backwards to help you on anything and is fast about getting things done. I really appreciate everything this agency has done for me. We absolutely love our local State Farm agency. All the agents are always very welcoming and informative. We had damage to our home this past year and we received full pay out in a timely manner. Have a hard time getting a straight answer. Trying to pay a bill has become time consuming, they say they can't get June bills until June 1st When we got a few June bills in the mail and not the one due June 1st. State farm has really gone downhill since their new billing system

State Farm Client for 45 years. My Father was a State Farm agent. I was with the Cami Saathoff agent for the past 8 or 9 years. Never filed a claim. Used State Farm for a variety of products over the years -- home insurance, mortgage insurance, auto, life insurance, TSI. They just dropped my auto insurance and would not give me a corporate contact to discuss the reasons why. Contacted State Farm CEO. A corporate employee contacted me. The underwriter of my auto insurance lied about the reasons my auto insurance was cancelled. The initial request to Cami Saathoff agency drug out for over a month. Requested for my agent Cami Saathoff to return my call a month ago. Still waiting for the return call. Assistant working with me was not following up with me or acknowledging paperwork I was emailing her. Done with State Farm. Now with a better company at a lower rate for same coverage. Encourage people to check "The Market Place" on-line. It's 2022 and service is a dying art. We can do better. When your own agent does not return your phone call, it's a red flag.

Had some hail damage on my car. Turn in estimate with photos on Tuesday and got phone call on Thursday that I could pick up check for the damage.very please with cami and staff at State Farm.would recommend their services.

I've had State Farm since I could drive. Cami is an amazing agent, and will go above and beyond for her customers! Great customer service and all around great insurance. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
