When COVID hit & I lost my employer provided insurance, Giulio was amazing! He was compassionate and caring, listened to my needs, understood my concerns & walked me through the process of Covered California. He clearly & patiently outlined all the different plans & options & together we chose the plan that was not just perfect for my health needs, but also fit my budget. He described all that would occur should I find other employment & how I might have to pay additional funds back at the end of the year so I would have no surprises and I could prepare in advance if that ended up being the case.

A year later I was in need of a surgical procedure. The facility/provider was requiring me to put down several thousands dollars which I did not have and was causing great stress and anxiety during an already difficult time. I called Giulio to ask if this was true or possible and if I misunderstood my policy and he immediately stepped in saying no it was not accurate. He immediately made a 3 way call with me to the provider and cleared things up. My payment was less than one thousand!

Later in the year, my husband went through the same with his employer. He has a few serious health issues and can not be without coverage. We reached back out to Giulio and in his same caring nature helped us again giving us great peace of mind.

Since, Giulio reaches out each year to see how we are doing, making sure that our needs are being met and renewing our policys for us.

For an agent who goes above and beyond, never makes you feel rushed or as if you are bothering him, and someone who you can truly and fully trust, hes your guy!

I was not the least bit fazed at turning 65. What DID concern me was having to prepare the necessary paperwork to transition over to Medicare, my imagination conjuring scenarios where I go over the myriad pages of information - some in the form of mailers sent to me by various companies, others part of online websites, emails to and from senior citizens I queried, calls to my current provider, etc. - put forth a good faith effort to file the paperwork correctly and still manage to screw up one of the most important filings of paperwork life offers. Fortunately, my primary care physician's office provided me with the name Giulio Campanelli. Jettisoning my initial skepticism, I contacted him and in no time at all he assuaged my worries. It's been smooth sailing ever since and what had been a worry is no longer. Via a few phone calls and helpful emails, he has in both a friendly and professional manner walked me through this process and I'm more than confident everything is in order.
