After an extremely laborious and emotional process filing both flood and wind claims by myself after hurricane Ian, I was DONE dealing with insurance adjustors. I knew we needed a new roof, but I just didn't have any fight left in me. Luckily, Benito and his team have plenty of fight!

We were down in the dumps after Hurricane IDA as the insurance company kept rejecting us. Going through a hurricane experience is traumatic. Finding out that the insurance you've been paying to cover you for these types of emergencies doesn't come close to compensating you for your losses, is an even bigger traumatic event.
