I want to warn everyone about my terrible experience. This company is a complete scam. They were responsive and eager to take my payment, but once they received it, everything changed. They stopped replying to emails, ignored phone calls, and failed to deliver on their promises.
They filed OIC paperwork for me, but when the IRS or CDTFA denied it, they demanded additional payment for an appeal—knowing full well that an appeal wasn’t even possible. They misled me into believing I had to pay them to continue the process, only to later admit that the IRS or CDTFA wouldn’t allow an appeal. Instead of refunding my money, they claimed they would “apply it to other services” that I never agreed to.
This is a blatant scam. They take your money, fail to provide the promised service, and refuse to issue refunds. Beware of this company—they will exploit you at every turn. If you’re considering working with them, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
