im work at a dealership and delaing with all the different warranty companies i have to say caregaurd is the best for us and for the customer. i purchased it for my own personal vehicle as well. Gene at caregaurd is very professional and helpful. keep up the great work Gene!

In my 15 years plus dealing with extended warranties Gene was the best. Normally its a horrible experience but Gene delivered a five star experience. Give this man a promotion he loves his job. As a service manager I will say Gene is an exception to the norm. Great job.

I have talked to many warranty companies to get authorization for repair on our customer vehicles. Talked to Gene today at Care Guard and it by for was the best experience I have ever had. I was on hold for less than a minute and he promptly handled the authorization and was very friendly.

Called in a customer service contract and was hold for like ten minutes. BTW this call was made during lunchtime. Growing impatient listening to the same classical song for the fifth time and then my knight and shinning amour answers my call. It was Gene getting lowered from above by white doves!! Gene, my hero! With his soothing and calming voice; politeness overwhelmed me. I was swept by the current of true genuine of hospitality and service! Cheers to Gene! Hip Hip Hooray!

I’ve been doing this for over 30 years and this is by far the most efficient and quickest service I ever received. In my case, I had a client that has traveled from upstate New York to go see her father and she was stranded here and now she is even happier that she got the Tire approved quickly and expeditiously, and she’ll be able to continue her trip to see her father and be there for his birthday. Marnia was professional and courteous and prompt. I was really impressed. My client was even more impressed. I called in a claim for a customer today and spoke with Leon in Texas. He answered the phone in under 30 seconds and made the claim process fast and easy with a happy positive vibe. As a service advisor, I appreciate that so much, because claims can be such a pain depending on who you're working with. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!
