Carlos and his office has been amazing to work with. They are always very responsive and trustworthy. Last year I needed a roof replacement due to a storm. Very positive experience. Carlos was there at a convenient neighborhood walk-in office right next to my doctor's office when I needed to review my H.O. policy, and Allstate was able to save us some money. Auto coverage also turned out to be a good deal as well. Plus, I had had a positive experience with Allstate several years ago.

If I could give him half of a star, or even 0 stars I would. He is extremely disrespectful. One of the rudest people i've dealt with in a while. 100% do not recommend coming to him. Find someone who can actually have respect for others. Don't think of bringing anybody else with you either, because he isn't family friendly.
