Reached out in May 2024 for assistance trading in a car in order to buy another one. He didn't respond to my voice message or text, so I followed up the next day. He said he was just getting back into town. No follow-up on what he said he was going to help with. Several months went by while we paid our car down and we contacted him again. Unfortunately the same pattern - no initial response, and when I called him he gave the same excuse that he was just getting into town. Once again I provided him with current information and requested his assistance with trading in my current car and finding another one. He told me he would have a response by the end of the day. I gave him five additional days. I called and texted. No response.

Had my doubts but he proved me wrong! Coolest dude ever and was recommended to me by a family member. I made no progress with not only finding the trim level that I wanted but also kept going in circles with the negotiations. I sent CarMate my wish list and was speechless when he got back to me the next day. I know it must of not have been easy but somehow he made it happen!!! When my lease is up, I have him on speed dial! I’m sold lol

What a great experience. I told Nathan what I was looking for, then later that day he called me with pics of the car and a lower payment then I was able to get.
