Steven has been INVALUABLE. Our dishwasher leaked and it subsequently leaked into our basement. The lower cabinets are damaged, the floor destroyed and mold growing in the kitchen. Couple that with the waterfall in our basement and the stress was so high. We began the insurance process believing that everything would be taken care of appropriately. When we heard back from our adjustor the amount they offered us to rebuild three rooms in our house was insulting. We are first time home buyers, first time parents and military members and to be taken advantage of because of our lack of knowledge is not ok. We knew they didn’t have our best interest at heart but did not know how to get what we were/are owed.

We heard about Steven and called him as soon as we did he has been there with us 100%. It is been one of the best decision we made of 2024. He sat with us, walked us through the process, eased our worries and stresses, and began to go to bat for us immediately. He even got us in contact with a company to help with mold mitigation. I cannot imagine going through this situation without his help and expertise. The one thing I would do differently is call him sooner. We thank God for him.

Steven walked us through the process of getting a new roof. He knew all the tricks & tips to get your insurance company to pay for your roof. They like to deny claims any chance they can, but he has a good relationship with the insurance adjusters & gets the job done for you. He’s very friendly & professional. I’d never used a claims adjuster before, but once I saw a friend had written a review for him, I called that friend & they told me I could trust Steven & they were right. I wish we had used him for our old house after hurricane Florence. It would have been a lot less stressful that way. Thanks Steven!

do not do business with this company. I’m running into problems a few years after they did the job over $10,000 with a problems do not hire them at first. They will look like they’re doing a great job but in the end you’re gonna want to pay company with a good reputation

Highly recommend Carolina Claims Solutions. My HVAC drip pan overflowed and leaked in my bedroom ceiling, before a repair guy could get here the whole ceiling collapsed. It was a Saturday so I took to google, CCS came up. Steven was so helpful, attentive and responsive, he got Chelsea out to my house within 2 hours. She was extremely efficient in documenting everything, filed the claim and took care of everything with the insurance company. Hopefully not but if I ever have another issue Steven will be my first call.
