10/02/2024, I’ve been a proud customer of Caroline Dorris State Farm Insurance Agency for many years, and they’ve consistently exceeded my expectations. They go above and beyond to find the best coverage at the best price for our home, auto, and life. Incredibly responsive – had a claim once, and they handled it with speed and efficiency. Caroline Dorris has fulfilled our insurance needs for many years. Caroline knows so much about insurance, and she also knows how to explain insurance to folks like me, who have difficulty understanding insurance. Paul Jones, customer service manager, is so nice, so professional, so very knowledgeable about insurance, and he returns phone calls and he replies to emails. I had questions about our homeowners insurance, and Paul answered my questions, and gave me complete peace of mind about our insurance. Emma is amazing, and she responds to emails, and phone calls and makes customers feel at ease, and comfortable. Paul, Emma, and Caroline make me have complete peace of mind about all of my family's insurance, with a strong sense of security, and a strong sense of calm, which is why we buy our insurance from Caroline Dorris State Farm Insurance Agency. Jennifer is seriously the BEST!!! She is so helpful and is truly the embodiment of a good neighbor. She has helped me so much after being in an accident this past year. She has the answers to all of my questions, is so kind, helpful, and very fast to respond to me. I know nothing about insurance and she has been there every step of the way to explain things to me. Ive never had a bad experience here and all of the agents here are great but Jennifer has my heart. Live laugh love Jennifer and state farm. LOVE YOU JEN!!!!!

Jennifer Walsh has truly been incredible to work with. She is super friendly, communicative, and always accessible.
