We moved over to Casey from State Farm and have not regretted it at all. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that is always ready to help. Any time we have questions, Cindy is very helpful and informative. When we had hail damage to our truck they made the process painless.

I have been with this company for 3 or 4 years with multiple insurance policies for personal and business use and have never had to file a claim until recently due to a theft of a vehicle.

Neither Casey, her employees or MESA insurance company informed me that I would not be covered for theft in fact I specifically asked about theft of a vehicle (due to my business requirements) and I was verbally told that I would be covered. I am now out a 6000$ vehicle, a gun, cash and other valuable items.

ALWAYS make sure you read over your policy word for word because Casey will not inform you of any NEED to know information and if you get insurance with this agent you may not be covered for your next claim.

ALWAYS keep a paper trail when working with this agent as she will tell you information that is not correct. Never communicate with her verbally always use a form of communication that you can record.
