I first cannot say enough how much I appreciate Charles at this office OMG. He is 1 if not the best agent I have ever met. At 64 years old. I have had several good agents. But when the best in the business helps you save money with the same level of coverage in a really tuff economy when basic life has gotten challenging. He are even more appreciated.
