I have no idea that you can go through arbitration if you feel your claim is denied or unfairly low. Cedrick Jones came to our rescue as our contracted independent Adjuster. With his knowledge in the ins and outs of his profession, he contacted the State of Florida Bureau of Arbitration and set up an appointment via Zoom. Negotiations took place in the meeting. Cedrick and the Insurance Co. Representative exchange statements and figures with the Arbitrator acting as moderator. With Cedrick’s preliminary due diligence inspecting our house prior to the meeting, he was able to present our case convincingly resulting in a fairly satisfactory amount of settlement from the insurance company.
I’m convinced that w/out Cedrick’s professional representation we would not have been awarded the said amount of settlement to cover cost of our roof replacement. A huge congratulatory thank you to Cedrick is an understatement as he represented us satisfactorily.
