I recently had an unpleasant experience with Centene Corporation's security team while visiting Downtown Clayton. I was planning to go to the Cantina restaurant, which used to be located on their campus, only to find it closed. I was with my three young children—my toddler, niece, and nephew—and decided to show them the colorful walkway, garden, and waterfall on the property. Unfortunately, we were approached by a white security guard who rudely informed us that this was private property.

While I understand the importance of securing private property, the manner in which we were confronted was unprofessional and unnecessary. I've previously dined at the restaurant before its closure and visited the firepit area where others were sitting, without ever being approached by security. If certain areas are restricted, clear signage should be posted to avoid such uncomfortable encounters.

The experience was disheartening, especially since I frequently visit Downtown Clayton and have enjoyed the area. It would be beneficial for Centene to hire friendlier and more professional security personnel. The security officer on duty during weekends, who seemed overweight, was particularly unpleasant. I hope Centene takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary corrections to improve the experience for visitors.

They hire doctors that don't exist to deny care to children that they need. Great job. And we wonder why healthcare is so expensive!!

Centene Corporation, holder of the Fidelis Care trademark, is a health insurance provider of the lowest sort. You pay a very high monthly fee for supposed coverage, yet when doctors or providers submit a request for authorization they give every excuse under the sun as to why authorization can't be given. Their favorite is "the fax wasn't received". Even after showing them the fax confirmation. Imagine that. In 2024 a massive company such as this relying on faxes? Not likely. Absolutely no point in paying this company premiums, they won't authorize you any care.

We accidentally parked our car in the centene lot when we were taking prom photos and we got locked out of the garage. The employees at the desk were so sweet and helpful and walked us all the way to the garage and helped us get out. We didn’t catch their names but they were two older men, one who worked at the front desk. Without their help we wouldn’t have had our car for prom, thanks centene! 5 stars ✨

Very unprofessional. To those who are trying to apply to this company, please be careful. They lead

I had an initial interview with Talent Acquisitions on October 12, 2022 and I was clearly informed that I have made it to the second interview. I was scheduled for an interview on 12/9 with VP of Finance, VP of Quality and Director of Medical Management. Get this and you are not going to believe what happened.

On the night of 12/8 literally at 8pm Pacific Time, I got an email from the Talent Acquisitions that my interview has been cancelled because I didn't make it in the second round.

Alright I understand that they probably found someone internally but to be informed last minute like that after waiting for more than a month is very unprofessional and quite inconsiderate. I prepared for this interview and invested time and effort for it.

I will never consider this company or its affiliates to any of my friends or family for either employment or services. They are just horrible

Ambetter/Superior Health, owned by Centene, is as awful as a company can be. They committed a billing error in our case, attempting to overcharge us, and I've spent months trying to deal with their absolutely terrible and worthless customer service to get the issue resolved and am still unable to get it resolved. It is as if they intend to drive you mad in the hopes that, in a fit of insanity, you will just pay them money that you do not owe them.

Ambetter, Centene Company: The worst medical insurance provider, any other company would be a much better choice. We started the plan in our town that we were told by customer service that Ambetter had network providers in our town and check with provider for a doctor and they also said they were in network. The plan started Jan. 1, 2023, by the time the doctor had a opening it was Feb. 2023 for our wellness checkup for a mammogram, Ambetter refused to issue a referral, called and they told us we were out of network. Called Ambetter Health after 2 hours on the phone They straighten it out. After the mammogram the Breast Center claim irregularities needed a second referral, Ambetter denied, again a couple hours on the phone it was straighten out again. Ambetter claimed we were out of network again. They did issue the referral. The ambulatory center claim after the second mammogram a biopsy was needed, that is a very stressful time, again they denied the referral. Ambetter claimed they changed us without notification to a different provider in the middle of our wellness checkup. This is now the end of February 2023 and when March 2023 arrived, Ambetter changed our network provider again. Ambetter also increased our deductible, co-insurance and co-pay too in the second month of coverage. The network provider was changed to a location 10 miles out of town, the first time and changed again the network provider 35 miles out of town. My wife & I were tired of spending a couple hour on the phone ever time we needed to use our medical insurance with Ambetter Health. We have had medical insurance for many years now and this practice wasn't a customary practice with any other medical insurance. The marketplace allowed us to change insurance with all we had to deal with. Every state has a Department of Insurance, sometimes titled diffently, all states have guidelines to abide by. Ambetter Health makes their own guidelines. That is absolutely not right. Save yourself a lot of aggrevatation and go elsewhere.

If we can agree that manners matter then at least the front reception area needs help. When I walked in the first question was "DO YOU NEED SOME HRLP?" in a tone that suggested I didn't belong there. Perhaps "may I help you?" Would of been better. When I asked if there was someplace I could o
