If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The representative "Barbara" I spoke to offended me in numerous ways and when I expressed my frustration to her, she would immediately cover it up with a surface-level eloquent and formal apology that meant nothing. It is sad to me that trying to receive further help has come to the point where it is not even deemed worth it.

She repeatedly asked if my main issue was "about the money" and isn't everyone's? No, the bill I received from a resort will not put me out, but the events that occurred that lead to it were not necessary. Not worth my time trying to receive additional help and this company definitely needs to work on training. Do NOT waste your time here.
