I am posting a thank you and high compliments to State Farm; Maxine Rafferty and Cesar Flores in the Mill Valley, Cesar Flores agency and William Iverson, State Farm claims specialist for kind and expeditious resolution of our claim. Rats totaled our 2021 Mini Cooper, which loved. Everyone was kind and totally responsive toward a successful resolution. Cesar Flores and his team have served as great ambassadors for State Farm to our family since ~1961! Thankfully, we have not needed to submit claims very often, but whenever we have we have received prompt attention and it feels like we have been compensated fairly. I have been working with Cesar Flores for 25+ years now. I started as a 24 year old with just a one car policy to home, life, umbrella, multiple cars and RV policies. He has always be accessible, honest, willing to run a hundred options by us. We meet with him when we need to or when he wants us to! He lets us know when we need to update or make changes to any of our policies. I feel very taken care of by Cesar and his team.

I was interested in looking into life insurance and was looking around at different place wanted to get a quote at State Farm next. I gave a call to Cesar Flores office and the person I spoke to was Maxine. Maxine was very knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and had a great spirit overall! I wasn’t sure on what I needed for life insurance since this was my first time shopping for it cause it’s always great to have. Luckily, Maxine was very helpful with asking me questions to help me decide on what I needed for my coverage. I decided to go through with Maxines quote which was great!! I will be coming back to Cesar Flores’s office in the future to get more help with Maxine for more insurance!
