I have been working primarily with James and he is amazing at his job! He cares about his clients like they are family and strives to provide the best coverage and service. The office in general works great as a cohesive unit as anytime I speak to someone else they know exactly what’s going on and what to do. James H. (Office Manager) has been GREAT to work with. After a few nightmare experiences with incompetent/unresponsive insurance agents, finding a consummate professional to work with like James has been amazing. He is super responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He has been happy to explain basic insurance things without making me feel dumb, as well as provide advice on what is the most cost efficient or necessary coverages, and I never felt pressured or like I was being upsold.

I definitely go to James first for ALL my insurance needs.

Unorganized, not very clear on relaying information. I had to contact the main office to get things cleared up based on the information they provided, versus what they actually did. Thank goodness they recorded the conversation. I switch insurance every year, even had Allstate in the past. NEVER had an issue till this office!

James H. (on Chad's team) is the best! I've been with these guys for 9-10 years now...excellent customer service, really know their stuff, and great rates....and personable service in an increasingly automated business world, which is nice.
Anytime I have an issue, I can email James and he is "ON IT". He takes care of all my concerns/needs and I don't have to call or email repeatedly (like I do with most companies these days.) I switched over from Geico long ago, and have never regretted it.

Do not call this branch if you need information or are trying to file a claim. They will tell you one thing and then change their answer later. Also extremely unknowledgeable about their own policy’s. Will get you in a worse spot then you originally were in. Do not go with this Allstate agent unless you want terrible service!
