I've been with multiple insurance companies including one for veterans only but Allstate offered me the best coverage for the least amount. The Eastman branches are particularly well managed. Every time I call and no matter what time during work hours, a real person answers the phone. They are very courteous and always have time and the knowledge to answer all my questions. I will be staying with the Eastman branches for as long as I need insurance to cover my house, camper, atv and cars.

I have been with Allstate Insurance for a very long time, my prior agent Chuck and his office Mgr Stephanie were amazing. Unfortunately he retired and sold his business to Chalese Eastman. Downhill ever since. Incorrect billing, every time I call I get the runaround and nobody knows what the others are doing. They make changes to my insurance coverage randomly, and address changes, coverage changes. I have been shopping around and got better insurance thru Goldenwest Credit Union, for half the price. So I moved my business and personal accounts. Like I said Chuck was amazing and he is missed, but Chalese and her team are a mess unfortunately. Made me sad to have to leave them.

Went in to see what they could do to lower my insurance. I told them I was shopping around. They pushed some buttons, and said nope we can't do anything. Been with them for over 15yrs. Seems like they tried really hard to keep my business. Told me utah insurance was going up by 11.2% because we have new residents moving in. Ask 3 other companies i been looking at for insurance. The other 2 never heard of this. I think it's and excuse to raise rates.
