After being previously denied my SSI/SSDI benefits I then began researching for assistance. Attorney Charles Rice was the first name and information i received so I gave his office a call. His secretary Mrs. Betty White was and is second to none! She is wonderful! Also she was very informative and accepting to my call and to the information I provided over the phone, an appointment was then arranged. The day of my appointment came and I met with Attorney Rice. He was very welcoming and very opened about the information I had and was presenting to him. Once our meeting came to a close I left feeling very comfortable about him accepting my case and the process ahead. During the entire process Mrs. White and Attorney Rice kept in touch VIA Phone calls, email and postal letters. The process seems lengthy but be patient as it all takes time considering a lot of the steps are in other people's hands, not the Attorney or office. With all that mentioned Attorney Rice was once again at SUCCESS and help me obtain my SSDI benefits. I will forever be grateful and thankful for them both! I submitted my claim to Social Security Disability only to have it turned down. I decided to pursue it further and made the best discussion possible by finding attorney Charles Rice. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Mr. Rice gave me a detailed understanding of the claim steps. He explained my options and allowed me time to make an informed decision. His assistant, Mrs. Bette, was wonderful, professional, helpful, and very much on top of the process at every step.
They helped me gather all the records needed for my case and kept me updated along the way. I felt like they were invested in my case, understanding the difficulties of my disability. Also, knowing the benefit that social security disability would have on my life. I was not just a number to them!
