Charles Trexler is truly a Good Neighbor! He has always gone above and beyond for us. The latest was a couple of weeks ago when the weather was bad. A very large limb fell from the top of a tree and landed on one of his insured’s car that was parked in my Dad’s driveway. I called him and he came right over to take pictures and tell her what to do. And then he came back with a saw and got the limb off the car and cut it up and moved it out of the way!!!

Charles is my personal agent and very nice guy. I had to file 2 claims with him. The 1st was about 10 years ago while I was out of town visiting Little Rock, AR. I Still remember when I notified Charles office the 1st questions asked were about my health, and if I needed medical assistance. Luckily I was not harmed. A lady ran a red light and plowed into the side of my truck. The crash was so violent knocked my wheelchair out of my wheelchair lift, positioned in the back of my truck, and sent it barraling 50 or 60 feet into a gas station parking lot. Thankfully some nice homeless men in the area grabbed my wheelchair and help me get back in it. Thankfully neither driver was hurt. Charles Trexler and company took care of everything.
My 2nd incident happened 4 days ago. Not a major accident, just a busted tale light and front end damage. This next part is going to sound like i made it all up, but the accident happened within a quarter mile of Charles office, so it is not to coincidental that someone from the office showed up there. There I was just sitting I'm my truck shocked due to just being in an accident. When minutes later a lady pulled up in a vehicle asking if I was all right, and did i need help. She was the first witness on scene. She actually appeard before the Police arrived. The lady's name was Stacie and she worked for my insurance agent. Out of the blue she just appeared like a good neighbor because State Farm is there. Just like in the commercials. Lol. It was a coincidence that I just happened to wreck near the office when Stacie had business outside office. After talking with Stacie she helped get in touch with 2 of her associates Kathy and Darlene. One emailed me a copy of my insurance plan while the other got me in touch with State Farms Corporat office to start my claim. I cannot speak on behalf of others experiences with State Farm, but my dealings with Charles Trexler have left me %100 satisfied. My deductible was not high and monthly payments were not expensive. The rental car options were excellent. If you are reading this review and are looking for an insurance agent then i highly recommend Charles Trexler and associates. I hope this helps.
