This title company ROCKS! My buyer picked these guys, but they went above and beyond straightening out some wrinkles in the title on one property and they were absolutely kind, patient, professional, working with me and my buyer. I highly recommend Ken and the team at this place. I used them for two FSBO sales recently and both were done efficiently making the sales seamless and easy even for someone like me. I came from out of state as a FSBO customer and I can not recommend Cherry Creek Title enough! From their guidance on their website for the Colorado real estate contract through closing day, they were helpful and insightful. Excellent service, I cannot speak highly enough about my interactions with the folks at Cherry Creek Title Services. Additionally the supplemental documentation and information available on their website is very helpful and informative. They were very upfront and transparent about the process and pricing and were able to get me an earlier close date than initially planned. Cherry Creek Title is awesome! Walt, Ken, Holly, Mike and Chris are always willing to go that extra mile! They continually exceed all expectations, needs and wants. They accommodate moving schedules around for closings and are always pleasant about it! The turnaround for O&E, Title Commitments are extraordinary. Settlement Statements are timely and 99.9% accurate never ever a complaint. As a listing Agent I would NEVER use another title company - they have earned my respect and dedication to them hands down. I am and will for ever be indented and appreciative for all the hard work that Cherry Creek Title Company did for me and my family. They went above and beyond what any title company that I have ever worked with. Specifically, Mike and Sandy treated me like family and truly took over my situation that was a complete disaster during the recovery and sale of my condo.
Sandy was by my side from the very beginning to help communicate with the HOA and property management company. She was truly my voice when the HOA didn't even want to discuss possible solutions. Sandy met with the HOA and property management company numerous times to clear up issues that arose during the process and resolved a very bleak situation. At the end, the HOA followed up with Thank You notes and gifts to show their appreciation as well.
Finally, the owner Mike went way out of his way to accommodate a very challenging closing by closing the transaction himself after hours at his private residence. I would highly recommend Cherry Creek Title Company for anyone that wants to have the best team working on their side. They are hands down the best and only title company I will ever use in the future.
