I was trying to get surgery for my right shoulder. Was referred by one of her partners. She sent me for bloodwork and ekg. I was scheduled for surgery on the 16th of september. I got everything done same day which was August 15th. I was cleared by my primary doctor for surgery. I had my pre op on the 13th of September and was notified I was not able to get the surgery due to my A1C being a 7.2. I don't understand why I wasn't notified earlier so I can do what I can to lower my A1C. I would have had a month to try to bring it down .2 points. She wanted me at a 7.0. I went for blood work this week and my A1C is down to a 6.7. I call to get an appointment for my surgery and was told she won't be back till the 13th of November. I had an appointment for the 7th of Novermber and again, was not notified of her being gone til then and that my schedule had already been canceled. No notification of any sorts. I am glad I went with my gut and went for a second opinion and have an appointment this coming Monday. I have had prior procedures with another Ortho is the OSA organization and never had so many problems like I do now. Never again am I going with Dr. Ledford. Very unprofessional. Thanks for nothing.

Dr Ledford is an amazing doctor. She listens completely, she explains well, she's very patient. My daughter and I both think very highly of her. Her assistant Joe is knowledgeable friendly and lightens the mood. Highly recommend this team!

Due to the nature of my profession, shoulder injuries are far common. Dr. Cheryl Ledford came highly recommended from other coworkers and was confident I was to receive top quality care from her.
I couldn't of been more right. Her bedside manner are more than comforting. I've always felt at ease and have trusted the health plan she prepared before and after surgery. Not only is she patient and understanding, but her compassion and best interests are top priorities indeed.
I am extremely thankful for being her patient. Her work on my shoulder has given me a second chance to continue with my career for many more years to come. Her gift as a surgeon has been a blessing. You will definitely be in good hands under her care.

Dr Ledford is an awesome doctor and truly an expert in her field. She explained everything in great detail and made my daughter feel very comfortable. We were very impressed with her. Many people who suffer with pain are always looking for the best doctor to help them get relief and calm their fears associated with that pain. Dr Ledford is the best. She identifies the problem and gets results to get you better. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and gives you the attention you deserve. She’s a real life miracle worker. Dr. Ledford is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I have trigger fingers on my right hand and she really took care of my hand condition. I am afraid of needles but she was very caring and was talking to me and made me feel comfortable enough to handle the pain of the injection in my hand. She is awesome and I am so happy she is my doctor.

Dr. Ledford is great! Her staff is wonderful, all very cheerful and make you feel really comfortable. Dr. Ledford is optimistic and I was so relieved and happy when she said prefers to try to rehab and doesn’t just jump to surgery. Highly recommend Dr. Ledford and this office to anyone!
