Before I talked with Cheryl, I'd been with another insurance company for 14 years - multiple cars, multiple properties, life policies, business policies, everything. During that time, my agent never once called me unless I called them first - at least, not until I missed a premium payment, then you can bet I got a call… It wasn't that I was getting bad service where I was, it just seemed that I was a faceless number to them; the agent had a bunch of hired staff and not once in fourteen years did they ever take the time to pick up the phone and find out how much my life had changed since the policies were written and if anything needed to be updated.

But it got even better when she told me about all the gaps in my existing coverage that she was able to close, and that she could get me considerably higher limits, lower deductibles, and better, more complete coverages while also saving me almost a thousand dollars a year in premiums.

And, in the eight months since we moved our business to her agency, Cheryl has talked with me more often than my previous agent did in the entire fourteen years he was collecting commission on my business.
