In a day where businesses use automated calling technology, Chicago Title (Loveland, CO) answers their phone! In person! And every time! Their customer service is outstanding. During the final weeks before our closing, I made frequent calls to their office, and Stacy was always there to answer my questions. She was helpful and friendly and so knowledgeable. She always followed up and made sure all our needs were met. Our closer, Angela, was incredible too. She managed our closing brilliantly. She was on top of every detail in a professional and timely manner. She made the entire closing process a smooth and effortless experience. Angela was fantastic! We’ve closed on a number of houses over the years, and Chicago Title was by far the best for customer service, efficiency, and impeccable attention to detail. I highly recommend them!
