02/21/2025 Jarrett Wright said he would pay the balance of $10K today on Friday since one week ago. We will see if he keeps his words or not.
02/22/2025 Jarrett and this company should not be trusted at all. They have not paid rent for over three months. In the end, they claimed that they would pay on Friday (02/21) after receiving money from the insurance company, but they never followed through and did not contact me at all. This company is full of blatant lies, and you should never do business with them. They have absolutely no sense of responsibility. No matter how many times I visited their office, I never received any response. The employees working there are also completely uncooperative.

I unfortunately had a terrible fire in May of 2023 that destroyed my belongings and dwelling. Jarrett from Chicagoland was the first Adjuster I spoke with and the most knowledgeable. I did not know at the time that I was making the right decision, but I would soon learn. Chicagoland helped me with my personal property claim, relocation, and construction. They exceeded my expectations at every turn. With the help of Jarrett from Chicagoland they more than doubled my personal property payout by going in and counting everything my insurance company missed. They put me in a hotel the same day and got me temporarily housed within a couple of weeks. My house after construction is a work of art. Chicagoland completed construction in April of 2024. They brought every idea I had to life and offered amazing advice on things I was not familiar with. I would never want to go through a fire again but If I had to, I would hire Chicagoland again with haste.

Super Terrible experiences. They never paid rent on time for last 6 months. They blocked our tel number and never respond to our calls. After you ask them to pay 20-30 times, they pay ono month late. Their promise is nothing. They never keep it anyway. They never say sorry even they broke their words 5 times or 10 times or 30 times. This is the worst insurance agency I have ever met. There is NO integrity and accountability. If I don't chase them, I don't know when they pay/ They might be totally broke. Otherwise no reason they don't pay.

10/09/2024 They never keep their words. They keep saying BS excuses not to pay a rent. The conversation is like this. " I will pay tomorrow morning sure." "My assistant is on the way to the bank this morning to pay." But those are all lies. To receive a rent, you have to call a few times a day everyday for one month and maybe you will get paid if you are fortunate.

10/14/2024 After I called numerous times and after I spent to visit my tenant who is the beneficiary of this insurance and she contacted with this insurance company, this guy Jarrett Wright sent me text back, saying the payment will be on Friday. This guy always does like this. This guy never pays on time and always says to pay one week later or so but this guy never pays. Another lady Kenny Gauthier has blocked my tel number for months and never responded.

10/20/2024 Jarrett Wright promised to pay on Friday (10/18) but as usual that did not happen saying he would deposit next day on Saturday. We suggested to meet to pick up the check on Friday night but he said he did not have a check with him and suggested us to meet on Saturday afternoon. We could not meet and when we called him, he said we did not call him to set up the time. It is obvious there is no sincerity to pay money. Eventually he hang up saying he was in the party. He said we would meet at 1pm on Sunday at Starbucks parking on 87th but there is no confirmation and no show. No sense of responsibility. So stupid to deal wit this company.

The payment was three months overdue. Over the past few months, I had tried calling multiple times, but they never answered. I had to take the time to go to their office and ask the office staff to contact them so I could finally speak to them. They have shown no sincerity whatsoever.
At the end of October, they promised to pay two months' rent. I went to the office to collect the check, but it was only for one month. They assured me the remaining amount would be paid the following week. However, the check they gave me bounced. When I realized this and called them, they didn’t answer. Instead, they texted saying they would hand over the remaining amount the next week, but there was no apology or explanation. They knew their account had insufficient funds but failed to inform me.
On November 18th, I finally received one month's rent, but there has been no sincere response about the remaining two months of rent.
The payment is 3 month behind. The guy, Jarret Wright, keeps saying he would pay. We took time to come to the office to pick up the check. There was no checks

Lie after lie after lie. This company never be sincere. The balance is $7365.80. Jarret asked us to come to the office on Monday at 4pm. I asked him to wire money. He started accusing another company. Also what is worse, Jarrett asked me to remove this review to pay us. This guy said removing this review would be a condition for us to get paid. Of course I said NO. Then he cancelled the payment. He had no intention to pay from the beginning. Just tried to use this payment issue to remove our review. This is so terrible.

02/20/2025 They have not paid rent for over four months and have consistently ignored our calls and texts. Despite multiple visits to their office, where they repeatedly promised to make payments, every appointment turned out to be an empty promise, wasting several hours of our time. Jarret stated that they would make the payment tomorrow, 02/21, after receiving funds from the insurance company.
