Colin has been my business agent and now personal agent for some time now. He is so consistent and dependable. When he says he’s going to do something he does. If he can’t he explains why and it’s valid. He had an incredible and in depth knowledge of all things insurance. I have worked with many brokers over the years and can honestly say the team at Christensen Group is one of the best. Eric, Jen, Max and Megan are exceptional! They are very quick to respond, answer my many questions/concerns, and are extremely helpful and friendly (which is hard to come by these days). Can’t say enough about Alissa going above and beyond her duty. I asked her to advise on a claim adjudication that didn’t involve me in any way. She steered me to the right people and we got a favorable settlement for my friend
