I had a lot of questions about how to figure out the best type of policy for me and my family and Ian Poe is there to answer all of them! He was able to explain my options to me in a way that I could understand and I also ended up saving money! Due to another company doubling our rates we needed a last minute change in our insurance. By luck I was able to get in touch with Ian at State Farm. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, spending hours on the phone with me to get the information he needed to get our policies switched over. Within a day he had us all the information we needed to get our policies switched over to State Farm saving us money (a LOT).

Ian was extremely helpful yesterday when I was having some trouble figuring out an issue with my insurance.
