Absolutely horrible to work with. Everyone you speak to is rude, inconsiderate, and full of themselves. Not helpful at all, and will do absolutely anything they can to keep the money in their pockets. They don't care about their insured, they don't care about the people the insured's hit, absolute lack of empathy. The worst!

Terrible customer service. They will certainly take your money when you sign up but after that, you are ghosted. Also I feel mislead about their services and coverages. I got into a car accident and they didn't hold up there end of the deal. Why have insurance if you aren't going to be able to use it when you need it!? NEVER AGAIN.

I had surgery in March, 2023 and I was not cleared to returned work. I’m still not cleared. They stopped paying me in May 2023. They told my attorney in Sept 2023 that they would contact me to get me banking info to do direct deposit and issue the amounts for 7 pay periods. It’s now Oct. Still no pay. Rent, car payments are late not to mention other expenses. They are the worst! Avoid them if you can.

You can never get a hold of anyone. I put in a claim 6 weeks ago and have not gotten any updates. I called 8 times and sent multiple emails. They always say they are sending a message to the claims team for someone to call me back but it never happens. I have never received a call back. I am about to go back to work and have not even gotten my claim reviewed. Now I was informed they are transferring my claim to a new agent. It's so frustrating. We are people with lives and if I didn't have money in my savings I would be in big trouble. I had just bought my house a few months before my injury. I have now used all my sick leave, PTo, and savings account just to provide basic needs for my family during my recovery. The least they could do is return a phone call. Very disappointed.

Horrible service. They will do everything they can to avoid ownership. They have sent us multiple people about our claim and no real answers. 3 weeks in and still nothing. They avoid our phone calls and emails.

its been 2 months since the accident that was not our fault and they have not called or gave us any update. The adjuster never answers, I called today and they said "we are waiting to hear back from our insured, involving the accident" when he got the ticket from the police for the
at-fault accident. They want us to go through our insurance and if they do not pay back, our rates goes up and they simply did not give a care in the world. They have a system, so they say, if they don't hear from the insured they don't pay anything out even if they are at-fault.

Chubb Insurance Company agreed to cover my claim after their insured hit me. I was not at fault. I am very disappointed and having to take legal action since they are not fulfilling my requested loss in value that my GMC truck sustained when I was rear ended by their insured. This has been a huge headache and hassle and has taken a lot more of my time to get Chubb to do what they are legally bound to do. Never in my life have I had to deal with a more difficult insurance company especially when I am not at fault. As a business owner I always try and be respectful of the process but I would highly discourage anyone from working with them. Not only am I taking legal action on Chubb but their insured client as well. That being said, anyone who is thinking about signing on with Chubb... RUN!
