A driver with this so called insurance hit my car. They told me I could take my car to the body shop of my choice and they’d pay for the work, but once they saw the amount of money they’d be paying they totaled my car and proceeded to low ball me on my new Audi. Not to mention trying to get ahold of them is impossible and they don’t follow up to on anything unless you constantly send emails. They also covered for the driver that hit me by allowing him to identify himself using someone else’s ID. They need to be shut down.

This company is horrible! One of their customers hit my car and I have called several timesno answer..I want my car fixed ASAP..I hv a relative that's a detective I will ask him to do some investigation on this place of business..It's Ridiculous!!

Never had insurance with them but their agents are rude and very unknowledgable. One of their customers hit my vehicle and it took them over a month to even attempt to fix my vehicle. I rode around in a vehicle that barely ran. The agent kept lying on when they would mail the check to fix my vehicle.

The absolute worst customer service. Actually non existent. The only way you can even attempt to contact them is through email and then they give a bland response and never answer follow-up questions. I have made a total of 63 calls in two weeks and every extension says no one is available. Left messages and never got a call back.

I think this is a scam? Someone hit my sister with this insurance and they absolutely do not answer the phone. It’s insane! They should be put under investigation, I’m convinced they are scheming conniving liars

This is the worst insurance in The USA someone insured with cimarron hit my car and I had been getting the run around with getting my car fixed and no one will accept this insurance,they have poor communication and they don’t do nothing about call you back .

The guy that hit me had this insurance. You can't get anyone to answer. When we finally did we are still waiting on a rental 3 days later. They are horrible
