Very pleased with the professionalism of Citizens Claims Consultants team. The company has been in business for over 30 years and it shows!! Diva De Moya was my public adjuster. She had my back when my insurance company did not want to give me enough funds to fix my property when I suffered a kitchen fire. Not only did she help me with my claim but also helped me in dealing with my mortgage. If you ever have any kind of damage on your property this is the company that you want representing you. Do not hire these people. Diva DeMoya was referred to my by a trusted friend. She came and sold me on her services and once I signed, we barely heard from her again. I called, emailed l, txt asking for guidance and clarity, and after the instance l provided by insurance, they did not work my file. I have paid her fees in full even though I have done all of the work and I have asked them to release me from their contract and they will not so now any additional work that I do on my own for my claim will automatically give them rights to the percentage we agreed upon, but for no work done . Insanity.

Roger Irias is my public adjuster and has been for many years, I can not say enough of a person who is dedicated, honest, to his clients, he takes care of his people through the rough and good times. I am very thankful for the job performed by Roger Irias of Citizens Claims Consultants. My claim was a total nightmare from the get-go since the insurance company made me feel like I was a criminal, they even had the audacity to file a lawsuit against me for exercising my rights under the policy. I am 74 years young and thankfully roger managed to put me at ease every step of the way, I never felt alone or uninformed. Roger made my claim possible in a very short amount of time. Roger Irias helped me recover from a tornado and a house fire. I am so impressed with Citizens Claims Consultants. No one should ever deal with an insurance company without these guys. Insurance companies can nickel and dime you to control their costs at your expense. Roger and his team recovered more than we ever imagined we'd get - many times more than what the insurance company offered initially.

Roger Irías with professionalism and great knowledge helped us after a claim. We were able to fix all damages caused by a loss at our home and didn’t have to deal with the insurance company.
