I am so happy with the services that Edsel at Citrust Insurance provided for me! Jonathan Edewards has been my absolute rock for 15 years for all kinds insurance. Though I’ve reached the age where I am going to rely on his Medicare expertise for Medicare part C Medicare part D Medigap, Medicare advantage and whatever the heck the difference is between all those things! The process of working with Edsel was amazing. He helped me through every step of the process figuring out what health insurance worked for my family. Trying to navigate what plan worked best for my family was a daunting undertaking, making sure it was PPO made it limiting, not to mention figuring out what plan could work so I could keep my daughter's pediatrician, but Edsel accomplished this, even with all the guidelines I had. We ended up going with a plan through Blue Shield, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend working with Edsel.

This is definitely someone who can demystify the health insurance jungle. Edsel provided a wide range of options but quickly caught on to what we were looking for (basic PPO - we ended up going Blue Shield but he had cheaper options as well), and took care of the whole California Covered process for us (self-employed couple). Plus, he's always available for advice, even if there is no new insurance policy involved.
