The video teller Shawn has terrible customer service! Not only is she rude but she is not at all professional. I have closed my account with City and have moved to chase. Would recommend everyone to do the same!

I was at a video teller that closes at your Ashland Kentucky location at 12:52 pm to deposit the paycheck of a family member who works out of town (into their account). I would have been earlier but their paycheck arrived via mail just in time to get there in what I thought was enough time. Noted, your video teller closes at 1 pm, or perhaps you should let your employees (Madi) know this. After waiting for 3 minutes to get someone on there, Madi showed up long enough for me to say one word, "hi", and promptly closed the screen. I tapped the video teller again. Got Madi again. She dropped me, again, after I explained what I needed to do. It's then 12:55, but somehow too late despite the video teller closing at 1 pm. I then called your main line and got, for a brief second, someone to pick up, only to be hung up on before getting a single word out.

I have used them since 2003. Never had an issue. I had an auto draft taken out for insurance and that company never changed my account. So it over drew my city national account.

I get a letter stating pay by the 6th of may to keep it from being closed. It was only over drawn by 50 bucks. Sent a check to them by may 1st for 1075. May 9th I get a letter dated may 3rd that my account been closed. So I called bc I know that check was cashed from my other bank.

“Yes we didn’t receive it in time.” But it’s not the 6th by the letter” I mention and go to response. So then she was like we are sending a cashier check for the amount minus the overdraft. Well ok good. So 11 days later, still no check. I called to say asking. Oh it was mailed out the 15th. Um why so long. Well it gets hold for 10 days….. well you all told me it been mailed out…. No that was me and no I didn’t.

I was like well you did and kinda wrong/rude for being a customer since 2003.

She huffed and hung up the phone.

Worst bank ever they don't care about there customer and despite forgiving for one of these employee stealing my info as I'm sure that what happen they refuse to be decent back. I got very sick and was unconscious for weeks on end still they decided they rather hurt me and close my account then be decent the bank should be closed for it deceptive and unethical practices!
