Wow!!!
I saw all the bad reviews and just thought folks were being too rough on this department. But a recent visit showed me that it's even worse than I expected. What a negative place to work or visit. These folks hate their lives and their jobs so much it can't help but show in the way they treat others. No wonder they have to hide behind 3inch thick glass.

I cannot get on the phone to talk to anyone. I have tried for the past four weeks, once a week at all hours of the day and I was waiting forever just for the automated machine to tell me "Sorry, there is no one available to take your call. Goodbye." What a waste of time.

Rhonda is very Rude and no help to the community or others. It’s very sad you have to argue to get your case handled before it expire and she’s no help. She acts like you’re coming to assistance for a shelter. I pray God honestly bless her from that position and the hate in her heart
