I got the simplest dip, no tips on my nails and a pedicure and it is the worst I have ever received. My toes have spots missing paint and dead skin around them still. Then the other one slapped the dip on like she was late for a date, leaving dip all around my nails and tearing up my cuticles with the drill and just throwing some oil on them. Not even some lotion. I was really excited about trying this place because it had such great reviews and very close to my house but I am very disappointed and wonder if the 5 stars were paid for. And they reuse all of their files, buffers and pumice stones.

Best nail salon!! They’re a husband and wife so they truly care about doing a good job. My nails are always PERFECT. They have top notch massage chairs and they give the best and longest leg massages… they’re honestly the best salon I’ve gone to and their prices are unbeatable too

I had a great experience. I got a fill on a set I got at another establishment and these nails are night and day. These are amazing. They’re thin and so crisp they’re so perfect. I had a male nail tech and he is a master at his craft he was incredibly detailed and did not cut any corners. If I knew his name I would shout him out because did awesome and was also very polite. Even the person on the phone was polite as well. The price was completely reasonable. I will 100% be back in two weeks. THANK YOU!

3/30/24-My 11 year old twin daughters are over the moon excited about their new nails! They have been begging me for months to get short acrylics... watching YouTube videos and searching Pinterest. I wanted their nails to coordinate with their tropical print Easter dresses. Both of them got the look they wanted and I think they look beautiful! I had a mani & pedi, no polish, and both were great, but especially the deluxe pedicure was fantastic. The nail tech spent so much time and was meticulous. We're looking forward to our next visit! ❤️

I have been getting my pedicure done here regularly for the past year and I always love returning here. This nail salon is owned by a really sweet family. The service is consistently good. One of my favorite things about this place is they GET TO WORK during the pedicure massage. My legs feel a lot more rejuvenated after going here, especially because I find myself standing for several hours at a time. I feel that is something that doesn't get focused on too much at other nail salons so it is good to see it here. Lots of options for pedicure services here and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend this place!

I really enjoy coming here. It's owned and operated by a very sweet and hardworking family. They have excellent customer service and I enjoy getting to know them and support local business. I personally recommend getting the SNS dipping powder for your manicure. It lasts a long time, it's gentle on your nails and they can be removed at home (although it's important to note Charming Nails does not charge to remove them). They have many colors to choose from (pictured). It is always done with care. Weekdays are always less crowded, I'm in and out in 30-40 minutes.

I went to this establishment today for the first time. My friend, Danny, and I both went to get pedicures. We walked in and the place had a nice atmosphere and was clean. We were seated in the chair and handed a small book menu of types of pedicures. As we were reading the descriptions, the man who seated us told us the lavender came with everything. So, I took a look and I repeated, it comes with all of this?... as I showed him the page and the bulleted list....and cutting me off....he said, "Everything. It comes with everything!" Therefore, my friend and I decided on the Lavender pedicure. We sat back and began to enjoy the pedicure. My friend was finished before me, and I noticed that they didn't do the paraffin sock on him. I questioned it and one of the ladies doing a pedicure next to me, said that it didn't come with the lavender. My friend brought me the menu and I looked at the bulleted list, and it stated paraffin socks three up from the bottom of the bulleted list. So, the man came back over and said, "No, you see ... look at these other pages, it says for $5 extra. See how it is highlighted." I said, but it doesn't say it on this page, it said it is included, but he pretty much dismissed me. I was angry and I expressed it as much. The young man that was doing my pedicure continued to do a good job. Despite the fact that he could probably feel my tension, he kept taking very good care to do a good job. Overall, I was pleased with the pedicure. However, because I felt like they were not honest about the one item being included, I will not be returning. I lost any trust that could have been built. At the very least, if he wanted a returning customer, he could have seen my point and understood that he was the one that kept saying, "It came with everything." For this reason, and this reason only, I will not return to this place of business. I am including the pictures. What do you think?

One of my favorite places to get my nails done. The staff is nice and welcoming. I got the dipping powder set with these colors and I absolutely love it! Highly recommended!!

The purple was done 2 weeks ago. The green and gold were done tonight. Love!!
