If you're busy running your business and don't have the time, expertise or manpower to install and/or manage your network with its users, CL Technologies does. I read about them on the internet and at first was skeptical. I wasn't sure if my company would be able to afford their services or if they would be responsive to my company's needs since it is a small business. However, after speaking with Colin and his staff I knew they were the team I wanted to move and setup our system at our new location. They provided hardware, software and support at a fair price. CL Tech ALWAYS responded to our calls within minutes and made the migration of our network seamless. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and level of expertise. My experience with CL Technologies has been a fantastic one. Colin is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and committed to his craft. Although technology is cumbersome and sometimes hard for the inexperienced to understand, he is extremely approachable and he helps customers relate to the technology experience in an easy way. My company was unhappy with our previous IT provider due to the antiquated hosting hardware/software and disinterested customer service. It's easy to stay with what "works", but I wanted something better. I met with several providers to discuss options. They were all just "basic providers" with the exception of CLT. I personally worked with Colin and he was great! He was able to fix my network issues and made improvements that have been so so valuable to me and my business. I was able to point out the problems / issues that I was having and after looking at the network he was able to explain to me, in detail, a few other issues that I was both having and was going to have in the near future. I thought I was going to be without my network for a complete day but, Colin fixed one issue in less than an hour to get me back up and running and scheduled a time to fix the rest of the issues that would work for me. Colin obviously knows his trade !!! I would both use him again and recommend him for any and ALL computer / network issues!
