I’ve worked with adjusters in the past and in this particular case I opened the claim myself. I tried my best for 3 months spending countless hours leaving messages with no returned calls from the adjuster. I explained the issues and stress this claim has caused in my life. Sean told me about Chris and I emailed everything I had to him. He lent me his ear and listened to everything that had happened. He didn’t make any promises only the fact that he would try his best to help me. When our journey began he e gave me weekly updates even though nothing ever changed with every week that passed. Per my request he kept his end of the bargain. He got my family a place to stay and he did everything in his power to help us. We truly created a great friendship along this journey. He is respectful and honorable. Always nothing but the truth. In the end we received the money we needed in order to fix our home to the original state. We would like to thank him for all of his hard work. It wouldn’t have been possible without him. We would have given up .

Dealt directly with an insurance company in the past regarding a large plumbing claim and was denied, as we used incorrect verbiage while speaking with them. Recently had another issue and after receiving a referral, we hired Claim Commander. One of the best decisions we've made! Chris fought tooth & nail and got 100% of our claim paid in full! This individual wasted my time by failing to provide an estimate for assessing damages. Despite waiting over a week, they refused to offer any insight into potential insurance coverage. A simple acknowledgment of non-coverage would have sufficed. Instead, I waited for their follow-up in vain. If you're on a time crunch, avoid letting them squander your time as they did mine. Although they meticulously photographed everything, it seems they may have realized it wasn't worth pursuing further. It would have been preferable for them to communicate this instead of instructing me to refrain from touching anything until insurance coverage was determined. Ultimately, it was a significant waste of time and reflected poorly on me, as I should have proceeded with repairs independently.
