If you ever need to go through the process of filing a claim, Claim INC is an invaluable resource. Their knowledge and experience dealing with insurers and adjusters is key to getting a fair treatment and making sure you get 100% of what you are entitled to after paying insurance primes for years. Drew was a lifesaver. When an SUV lost control, took out our driveway retaining walls, stone mailbox, shrubs, and stone garage wall, we had two insurance companies pointing fingers at each other (home owner's and the SUV's auto insurance) and were going to be stuck with a payout about half of what was required to fix everything. Drew's efforts paid off. Through many iterations with the insurance's own adjuster, he was able to obtain a rational adjustment to get our home repaired.

The first time I heard of this notion of a "public adjuster" I was definitely skeptical. But our loss was significant and we had no idea where to begin so our agent recommended Drew Peters at Claim Inc. Honestly, we are so grateful that we hired Claim Inc. because Drew handled absolutely everything (with the exception of a couple of papers which we had to sign ourselves) from filing the claim to handling all the paperwork to meeting the insurance adjuster to following up, etc. etc.. He also made sure we received the funds we needed to cover the cost of completely fixing all damages to our property and he ensured that we received those funds quickly. That was 2 years ago. 2 months ago disaster struck again so we immediately called Drew and to our relief he handled everything with the same professionalism as before and honestly this time around we would have been in deep trouble had we not called him.

In 2018, the Southern California fires had displaced many families, with mine being included. Since our residence was in close proximity to the fires, there was a mandatory evacuation order. Although when the evacuation order was lifted, we returned to a house far from how we left it. Thankfully, our house was not burnt down, but every corner of the house was caked with ash. Lots of personal items had to be thrown out along with a thorough cleaning of every inch of the house. Distraught from the situation, I called my homeowner's insurance and filed a claim. The insurance had then sent a $5,000 check to me, which satisfied me at the time. With optimism and closure, I contacted a restoration company to perform a deep clean on the entire house. Unfortunately, I was given an estimated price over 4 times more than what the insurance sent me. Immediately, I called my homeowner's insurance back hoping that this was a mistake. But I was disappointed to hear that it was not and that they would only cover the $5,000. With no other option available, I had to hire a public adjuster. During my search for a good adjuster, a few of my friends highly recommended Drew Peters. Right after I told Drew my story, he immediately began to work on my case. With his calculated and aggressive approach to the insurance, we were able to win our case. The insurance then sent a check which covered the restoration companies' fees and the personal items that had to be discarded. Although it was a long and laborious process, there is not any other person I would rather have to help me than Drew Peters!

Drew provided expert assistance with my flood insurance claim after flooding of our home in Katy TX related to Hurricane Harvey. His advice on the claim process, especially the personal property/home contents, process pointed me in the right direction and helped me maximize my insurance claim.
